On behalf of the Board of Education, this is to inform you of a final decision that has been made in your superintendent search. After much deliberation, the BOE has informed both finalists that they were unsuccessful. They have elected to move forward with another plan for the 25-26 school year. They have asked Mr. Groff to consider staying one more year, and he has graciously accepted. The board very much appreciates the feedback received from the recent stakeholder group and extends gratitude to the two finalists for their commitment to the process. This additional year will give the board time to further explore facets of a search. Once the next true search begins, the community will be made aware of the timeline.
